I slept with my silver ring on last night and it left a silver band mark on my finger when I woke up. I understand it’s not the most high quality silver ring, but is there something I can do to prevent this from happening time and time again?

Put clear nail polish on the inside of your ring. My daughter does this all the time and it does work.
