Maybe you can purchase the chain and pendant seperately if you can’t get them together.
I know they sell very large heart locket at Target for about $ 30. You should also be able to get a 30 inch chain from there too.

My boyfriend gave me a Tiffany sterling silver necklace and it was turning yellow so i took toothbrush and toothpaste to clean it. It works but then there were alot of scratch marks on it. Can someone tell me how i can get rid of those scratch marks?
do you think i can go to Tiffany and have jeweler buff it to get rid of the scratch marks?

You can do that and it should stay looking okay but you are likely to lose the pendant while swimming. Actually the more you move the more wear the necklace parts will have so it would eventually break. So, you can do either one, just look out for breakage so you can retrieve the parts and maybe put it back together.
